The research is devoted to the development of composition gel-forming mixture and selection percentage components for obtaining intestinal-soluble seamless capsules with probiotics. purpose develop equipment manufacture obtained by drip method. Capsules must have good structural mechanical characteristics, correct shape resistance physical influences, in this regard, it necessary select required obtain specified characteristics capsules. authors article developed a methodology scheme conducting an experiment that allows meet all requirements. A food gelatin sodium alginate was chosen as mixture, which showed best results As result experiment, found out were shown 1% alginate. selected such way that, without dissolving acidic environment stomach, passes into intestine, alkaline intestine dissolves releases probiotics available In future, will be used functional products improve functioning immune system.
